MOVE-IN Reminders

Fort Vancouver Theater's entrance is accessible from Stapleton Road between 4th Plain and E. 18th St, east onto Campus Drive.

SECURITY requests that you do not leave any valuables in your cars during our time at Fort.


Committees allowed into Fort Vancouver at:
2:00pm- Sets, Backstage, Tech, Props, Costumes, Hair/Make-up
2:30pm- Green Room

ARRIVAL:
ALL Cast and Crew members, and a parent representative for each NEW family at 3:00pm for our Safety Meeting in the Green Room.

Cast Reminders:
Show Box (Shoes & extra pair of socks stay in show box for whole show run.) LIST Here
Undergarments and deodorant on before arriving 
Hair Done TODAY for Button Picture Character LIST Here

Cast and Crew Reminders:
Dinner (if not pre-ordered)
Water Bottle labeled with your name

Program Ads UPDATE

Hi Secret Garden Family, Please allow me to remind everyone about program ads.  We need to get these in very soon!  As we stand right now, we have met the requirement to get the individual bios into the program, but we need to sell ten more ads to get the individual headshots and the color program cover.  We have five days left…  If every family sets their mind to selling just one ad, we will not only have a wonderful show keepsake, but we will also raise funds for our local program.  I know you can do it!   If I can help in any way or if you need additional information, please email me at m.givvines@cytvanport.org .  There will be program ad forms at classes Thursday night near the magic box for anyone who needs a few.  Please note that ads and payment must be in no later than May 9th . Late Pick Up Fee Policy

CYT has a policy that parents must pay a "late fee" when they are not on time to pick up their kids after auditions, callbacks, rehearsals or shows. That fee is $10.00 for every 15 minutes a parent is late. When a parent is late a staff person must stay and wait with the student(s) until a parent arrives. The late payment is paid directly to the person who waits with the student(s) for parent pick up.
