Props NEEDED...

Matching Urn Planters
The props team is looking for 2 matching urns to decorate the garden.  They can be resin.  They don't need to match exactly but need to be the same shape and height.  We would like to borrow them beginning Friday, April 29th and would return them at the strike party. 

If you have something that you think could work, please contact Therese Hampton at 833-4648.

School Day Shows

Tuesday, 5/24 - our school day shows. Call time is 8:30. Shows are at 9:30 and 11:45. If you are a secret pal, remember to bring your pal a gift! Kids will have lunch at about 11:00. If you did not purchase a meal, remember to pack a lunch. We do not have the regular Green Room on Thursday. Cast will have use of the Drama Room during the show- first left after coming through building entrance. We will be taking cast and crew photos after the last show and pick up time will be 3:00-3:30pm. Some will finish faster than others. Feel free to enter the auditorium beginning at 3pm for pickup. If you are on clean up crew, please check in with the Green Room parents before leaving!

WEEKEND REMINDERS

FRIDAY: CALL TIME 6pm *Snacks- available at intermission in the green room *Saturday Souvenir Shopping *Rose Award (person who most exemplifies Christ-like qualities)- we'll be voting today *Working on Strikes- one strike per cast/crew member, sign-up at the party SATURDAY:   CALL TIME: 2:00pm *STRIKE: EVERYONE helps clear out the theater and then we have our party in the cafeteria. *Scripts and CDs are due TOMORROW at Strike Party *Bring gifts/notes for your Secret Pals to the party *Picture CD's will be ready for purchase $15 Checks payable to Priscila Petersen *DVD Orders $15 Checks payable to Shelby Teachout *Strikes will be performed before dinner as soon as kids finish putting their boxes away *Awards- after dinner *Dancing- our DJ's return and they'll gladly accept donations at their table *Cafeteria Cleaned up by 9:00pm
