It is our primary source of communication during the show.

Please carefully read through the entire cast and crew list as you may be in more then one spot. The groups on our list are specific to how you are called on the rehearsal schedule.

Cast and crew must attend all rehearsals they are scheduled for. The rehearsal schedule will be available at the First Parent Meeting and posted on the Blog.

FIRST REHEARSAL for ALL Cast & Crew
Friday, April 1 5:00-9:00pm (Cast & Crew)
1st Church of God
3300 NE 78th Street
Room 221
Please drive around to the back of the church to drop off your kids.

-We will be taking PROGRAM PHOTOS at this first rehearsal. Cast and crew should wear a dark, solid shirt for their photo.
-Dress comfortably, wear good shoes for dancing (no flip-flops or sandals)
-Bring a three ring binder (for handouts, music, script), pencil, water bottle (with your name on it) and dinner/snack.
-Optional: You can order pizza for $1.50/slice when you arrive.
-Cast members will also be asked to leave a $5 deposit on Friday night to check out a rehearsal CD. Deposits will be returned at the  end of the show when the student returns their CD or script.

FIRST PARENT MEETING
Friday, April 1

6:30-9:00 NEW Parents
         8:00-9:00 Veteran Parents
Room 120 (Downstairs through back church entrance)

Cast parents are required to attend this meeting. Crew parents are encouraged to attend, especially if you are new to CYT.


        SATURDAY’S REHEARSAL
        Cast who need to be at this Saturday's rehearsal are:
9-1 Mary, Mrs. Medlock, Martha, Pitcher, Colin
        10-1 Jane, Betty, Dickon
11-1  Doctor

SCRIPTS
MARY, DICKON, COLIN, MRS. MEDLOCK, MARTHA, BEN, MR. PITCHER, ARCHIBALD CRAVEN, BETTY, DOCTOR, MRS. SOWERBY AND NURSE may pick up your script ($20 deposit) before Friday’s rehearsal during office hours beginning tomorrow at noon.

WEEKEND REMINDERS

FRIDAY: CALL TIME 6pm *Snacks- available at intermission in the green room *Saturday Souvenir Shopping *Rose Award (person who most exemplifies Christ-like qualities)- we'll be voting today *Working on Strikes- one strike per cast/crew member, sign-up at the party SATURDAY:   CALL TIME: 2:00pm *STRIKE: EVERYONE helps clear out the theater and then we have our party in the cafeteria. *Scripts and CDs are due TOMORROW at Strike Party *Bring gifts/notes for your Secret Pals to the party *Picture CD's will be ready for purchase $15 Checks payable to Priscila Petersen *DVD Orders $15 Checks payable to Shelby Teachout *Strikes will be performed before dinner as soon as kids finish putting their boxes away *Awards- after dinner *Dancing- our DJ's return and they'll gladly accept donations at their table *Cafeteria Cleaned up by 9:00pm

Program Ads UPDATE

Hi Secret Garden Family, Please allow me to remind everyone about program ads.  We need to get these in very soon!  As we stand right now, we have met the requirement to get the individual bios into the program, but we need to sell ten more ads to get the individual headshots and the color program cover.  We have five days left…  If every family sets their mind to selling just one ad, we will not only have a wonderful show keepsake, but we will also raise funds for our local program.  I know you can do it!   If I can help in any way or if you need additional information, please email me at m.givvines@cytvanport.org .  There will be program ad forms at classes Thursday night near the magic box for anyone who needs a few.  Please note that ads and payment must be in no later than May 9th .
