New MUSIC (including parts) has been added to the blog: Secret Garden Finale,  What is it about Her Face? This music was not ready when we checked out CD's at the 1st rehearsal. You can download these songs from the blog.

CAST, CREW AND PARENT COMMITTEE LISTS are accessible from the TAB or this LINK. This information is protected and can only be used by our group. There are separate SHEETS located at the bottom of the spreadsheet: Cast, Crew, Special Activities Helpers, and Parent Committees.

Program AD and Ticket FORMS have been added on the FORMS Page.

The REHEARSAL SCHEDULE has been added as a TAB with a LINK. 
*Rehearsals will begin on time. 
*Student led WORSHIP begins 15 minutes before each rehearsal. 
*SOWERBY CHILDREN Costume Fitting (10-11am) had been added to this Saturday's schedule.

FRIDAY is PIZZA Night.  We offer pizza for $1.50/slice: cheese, pepperoni and sausage.  Water and snacks are available on FRI/SAT rehearsals for $0.50.

THEME DAY on Saturday: TIE DAY- wear a tie expressing the formal attire of Misselthwaite Manor.

REHEARSAL PARENTS are needed. Please make sure your child is scheduled for that rehearsal before volunteering. Marla has requested rehearsal parents pray at the end of the rehearsal. After confirming with you, assignments will be posted on the REHEARSAL SCHEDULE. If you are interested, please email Lynette at l.carver@cytvanport.org

The SOUVENIR Committee will have show items on hand this week during Thursday classes: stop by the table near the magic box to pick up your show box decal, show charm and ornament. Questions: kristinecloyes@hotmail.com

Program Ads UPDATE

Hi Secret Garden Family, Please allow me to remind everyone about program ads.  We need to get these in very soon!  As we stand right now, we have met the requirement to get the individual bios into the program, but we need to sell ten more ads to get the individual headshots and the color program cover.  We have five days left…  If every family sets their mind to selling just one ad, we will not only have a wonderful show keepsake, but we will also raise funds for our local program.  I know you can do it!   If I can help in any way or if you need additional information, please email me at m.givvines@cytvanport.org .  There will be program ad forms at classes Thursday night near the magic box for anyone who needs a few.  Please note that ads and payment must be in no later than May 9th . Late Pick Up Fee Policy

CYT has a policy that parents must pay a "late fee" when they are not on time to pick up their kids after auditions, callbacks, rehearsals or shows. That fee is $10.00 for every 15 minutes a parent is late. When a parent is late a staff person must stay and wait with the student(s) until a parent arrives. The late payment is paid directly to the person who waits with the student(s) for parent pick up.
